K-pop group JYJ’s member Kim Junsu has announced the release date of his first solo album, “XIA Tarantallegra.”

The officials noted in the statement that he has worked with main dancers from Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake’s dance teams to boost the Kim’s charismatic image in the video.

wow……i never knew that  Ronnie Sianturi works with Junsu, that’s new for me. Hope the best for the show……BTW if these work really well please bring JYJ to Indonesia too ^___________^

INILAH.COM, Jakarta – It’s been a while since Ronnie Sianturi appeared as a singer. Now he has a new profession: concert promoter for Korean artists. In the near future, he will bring Junsu to Jakarta.

Ronnie will hold Junsu’s concert, a member of Korean boyband JYJ, in JITEC, Mangga Dua Square, Jakarta, on June 16th, 2012.

[There are some reasons why he becomes concert promoter for Korean artists]
Firstly, Korean stars are trends and receive much love in many countries. Secondly, [Junsu’s] songs are good and he’s cool. The last reason, it would be good to learn from the discipline and training methods applied by Koreans.” said Ronnie [when we met him] at his home in Pondok Pinang, Jakarta Selatan, on Tuesday (8/5).

Ronnie, who was in the group Trio Libels (T/N: popular vocal group in 1980s), said that he monitors some Korean artists. Because he works with Junsu, so he asked Junsu for a concert in Indonesia.

“I love watching Korean stars. I’ll happen to work with Junsu.” he said.

i just wondering what “picked up worldwide rights” really means. but i guess  this is going to be a huge hit.

Korea’s Lotte Entertainment has picked up worldwide rights to Code Name: Jackal (working title), starring Jaejoong from Korean pop group JYJ.

Produced by Nomad Films, the comic thriller tells the story of a K-pop star (Jaejoong) who develops a relationship with a mysterious female assassin who has been hired to kill him by driving him crazy. The assassin is played by Song Ji-hyo whose credits include Sex Is Zero II (2007) and the Princess Hours TV series.

In addition to being one of Korea’s biggest pop stars, Jaejoong has previously starred in The Day (2012) and Postman To Heaven (2009), as well as TV series Protect The Boss.

Currently in production for an autumn release, Code Name: Jackal is directed by Bae Hyoung-jun, whose credits include Too Beautiful To Lie (2004) and Once Upon A Time In Seoul (2008).

Lotte’s Cannes slate also includes romantic drama Architecture 101 and Eungyo, the latest film from Happy End director Jung Ji-woo.

Directed by Lee Young-zoo, Architecture 101 recently became the highest-grossing melodrama ever at the Korean box office, beating the records set by You Are My Sunshine and Maundy Thursday. The story revolves around an architect and his first love who are reunited whilst rebuilding an old house.

Based on Park Bum-sin’s best-selling novel, Eungyo follows a 70-year-old poet who has an affair with a high school student, but his star student, who is jealous of the relationship, steals his literary work.

Because of “Rooftop Prince“, Park Yoochun is known as “Joseon detective.”

In the episode 14 of SBS drama “Rooftop Prince” aired on May 3rd, 2012, Lee Gak (Park Yoochun) identifies the things happened between Hong Se Na (Jung Yoo Mi) and Park Ha (Han Ji Min) through reasoning.

In the process of delivering the gift of apartment contract prepared by Lee Gak for Park Ha, Hong Se Na replaces the contract with the air ticket to the United States, making Park Ha misunderstands the heart of Lee Gak. But later Lee Gak discovers the stamp print left by the contract on the envelope, and completes the perfect reasoning.

After the airing of episode 14, audience describes crown prince as ‘Joseon detective Lee Gak,” “Rock and roll crown prince,” and “Rock and roll Gak.” And they commented, “Reasoning to find out things done by Se Na, very exciting,” “Stubbornly to insist on tracking, is entirely detective Lee Gak”, and so on. Some fans also produced the poster of detective and other support materials to show their enthusiasm.

In addition, Yong Tae Mu is nervous after knowing that Yong Tae Yong is still alive in the United States. The battle of Lee Gak, Yong Tae Mu, Park and Hong Se Na in “Rooftop Prince” also attracts even more attention.
